Lambert: Stronger foothold in Switzerland

Holmes Report 10 Jun 2012

NEW YORK—Leading US independent Gibbs & Soell has expanded its European capabilities through a joint venture with int/ext Communications in Basel, Switzerland. The joint venture supplements Gibbs & Soell’s existing operations in Zurich and strengthens the firm’s depth and breadth in the region.

“We’ve worked with int/ext Communications under our Public Relations Organisation International partnership and as we looked at our need to develop a stronger foothold in Switzerland, it was the perfect opportunity to align more closely with their team,” says Luke Lambert, Gibbs & Soell president and CEO.

Founded in 1993, int/ext Communications provides internal and external communications services to clients in industrial products, healthcare, technology, and logistics/transportation markets, as well as non-profit and government sectors. It has expertise in corporate and marketing communications, issues and crisis management, and quality improvement and change management programs.

Headquartered in New York, Gibbs & Soell has offices in Chicago, Raleigh, NC, and Basel and offers communications expertise in business consulting, consumer marketing, employee engagement and sustainability consulting for the advanced manufacturing, agribusiness and food, home and building, and professional services markets.
