ISTANBUL—Text 100 UK chief Dan Baxter has left the agency to take on a senior communications role at Coca-Cola.

As group communications director, Baxter will oversee Eurasia and Africa from the group's regional HQ in Istanbul.

Baxter took on the new position at the start of this year, ending an eight-year relationship with Text 100. As UK MD over the past three and a half years, Baxter helped stabilise the agency following the successive departures of Nick Giles and Kirsty Leighton.

Text 100 EMEA head Cecile Missildine will serve as acting MD of the UK office while a replacement is sought. "Dan got a wonderful opportunity that he couldn't pass up," she told the Holmes Report.
