What content does my subscription cover?

Our Premium Content section focuses on our industry-leading longreads, including our analysis and opinion articles. It also includes regular Premium Content email newsletter. We’ve been giving all of our content away for quite a long time, but that’s not a viable long-term approach for a company that wants to produce great long-form journalism on a consistent basis. We think the insight and analysis we produce has value—particularly in these challenging times—and we’re planning to produce four or five of these articles every month. News stories, research, rankings and Agencies of the Year content will continue to be free to read.

What payment method can I use?

You can pay either by debit card or credit card. All subscriptions are charged annually and will renew automatically unless you cancel.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Once you have paid for your subscription, you do not have any right to cancel your subscription or any part of it until the end of your then current subscription period. This means that you are not entitled to a refund once we have started providing any part of your subscription to you. Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current subscription period.

Can I purchase more than one subscription?

Yes. For multiple user subscriptions please contact us.

What should I do to renew my subscription?

Subscriptions will renew automatically on an annual basis. You will be notified of the renewal if there is a change in price or product. 

Can I use another PRovoke Media/Holmes Report login to access Premium Content?

No, logins for Premium Content are separate from any event logins, such as for the PRovoke Summits.

Can I share Premium Content with non-subscribers?

If you would like to purchase a license for a piece of premium content, it would allow you to distribute that piece of content with non-subscribers. A separate license must be purchased for each piece of content you'd like to distribute/republish. Without a license, you can distribute the original link (with the content gate) — however republishing more than a 100-word excerpt, distributing screenshots, PDFs, etc without a license is prohibited.
